SUBMISSIONS
Thank You for interest in submitting materials to the Alumni Association. We are always looking for photographs, audio recordings, video recordings, yearbooks and any other memorabilia to add to the Historical Archive here at the Alumni Association office.
Both original and digital reproductions are accepted!
We welcome scanned photographs, audio, and video in any format. We prefer TIFF or JPEG formats for photographs, WAV for audio, and MPEG for video; but will accept any format you may have. Color Photocopies are also accepted. If you would like assistance making digital reproductions of photographs, audio recordings, video recordings, etc., please let us know by calling or emailing the Alumni office. We are happy to help.
If you would like to donate materials, please mail items to our mailing address listed on the Contact Us page. Please include a Historical Archive Submission Form so we may credit you for your submission and know as much as possible about the materials for proper cataloging into our records. You may also drop off materials here at the Alumni Office anytime. If you don't want to miss us, please make an appointment by calling or emailing us at the numbers found on the Contact Us page.
Current Needs
We are always interested in photographs! From official school photos to campus and community life here in Fillmore. From the 1800's to the present, we here at the Alumni Association, and your fellow alumni, would greatly appreciate you sharing your photos!
If anyone has any Photographs or information about the 1918 and 1919 classes, please share it with us. Both 1918 and 1919 classes did NOT produce a yearbook. They instead decided to donate their yearbook money to the Red Cross to support their efforts during World War One.
A second 1944 yearbook
2 1984 Yearbooks (we keep two copies of each yearbook) and have none for the Class of 1984!
